Key Responsibilities
- Welcome with Excellence – Greet clients warmly and professionally, creating a lasting first impression
- Coordinate Seamless Experiences – Manage appointments, respond to inquiries, and handle scheduling with precision
- Guide and Educate – Provide informed recommendations on spa treatments and exclusive product lines
- Maintain Flow and Function – Ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs, anticipating client needs
- Uphold Impeccable Standards – Keep the spa environment clean, polished, and aligned with brand standards
- Drive Retail Success – Support skincare sales by sharing knowledge of our premium brands and enhancing at-home regimens
- A polished, professional, and service-oriented demeanor
- Minimum 1 year of spa experience preferred
- Minimum 2 years in luxury retail or hospitality strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Passion for skincare, beauty, and wellness
- Knowledge of luxury skincare brands and services is a plus
